Acting as their Managing Director, Valerie handled all operational and business functions. In February of 2016, IMCC shifted its membership into the new trade association, Multifamily Broadband Council, with an additional focus on manufacturers and new broadband technologies entering the multifamily space. Valerie was delighted to be named Executive Director for MBC upon its formation, and continues her work with that group.
Real Estate Investing
A background in property management and entrepreneur’s spirit led to a natural affinity for Real Estate and an interest in investments. Valerie has aligned with a national Real Estate Investor Team out of Chicago, and she is affiliated with the top-rated real estate investor education company. She is passionate about helping others learn financial literacy and the power of investing, and is currently adding students, marketers and investors to a local O.C. team, where she co-leads weekly meetings, hosts study groups on the education, and helps team members understand systems and resources while working with a highly trained team of investor leaders. Like-minded individuals and entrepreneurs who have an interest in building a business for themselves and/or learning to invest in real estate should visit her real estate page, MAXIMIZE Development Group, for more information.
Valerie believes nutrition fuels our bodies and brains, and knows plant-based supplements are a MUCH better alternative to synthetic vitamins. She is happy to share some of her favorites for a healthy lifestyle (she takes Optimal Support Packets twice daily and Omega-3 with Vitamin D). Check out Vitality by Valerie to explore some great options for YOU! That is a small offering of what is available, so inquire about your specific nutritional needs.
Although raised in the Midwest, Valerie happily resides in Orange County, CA and loves living near the coast. In 2009, she started volunteering for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), an organization that advocates for abused and/or neglected children. She recently completed a 6+ year court appointed assignment with CASA, and is seeking her next volunteer opportunity. Valerie loves the ocean, and music stirs her soul. Not a day goes by that she doesn’t find something to laugh about. A lifelong learner, Valerie loves educating others, igniting change and making a difference in the lives she touches.
The only question left is this: How would you like her to make a difference for YOU?!
